DSC Key Holding is a professional service that protects and supports clients, business’ and employees.

We would consult with clients to identify requirements to keep a spare key to a business’ commercial or residential premises safe and secure. A standard operating procedure would be agreed ensuring correct authorisations within the command structure.   

 

We will assist 24/7 at an incident, out of hours, or if the primary key becomes lost or stolen.

Keys will be kept in a secure store, off-site location meaning access or replacement is guaranteed with all transit recorded. 

 

 

DSC Alarm Activation Response

 

DSC would liaise with business’, clients and alarm monitoring companies to establish a command structure upon an alarm activation to inform the required personal. 

 

We operate a 24/7 call out system immediately dispatching mobile security units directly to the incident location, trained in incident response and scene management. 

 

An initial assessment would be completed conducting perimeter checks to identify any points of entry / exit and identify any criminality. If necessary, we would liaise directly with Emergency Services and external agencies. 

 

A fully comprehensive report would be completed recording attendance, decisions and actions taken, 

securing premises and perimeter fencing.
